- Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding federal holidays. Most orders ship within 48 hours of purchase. Orders are not delivered on the weekends or federal holidays. All orders include a tracking number. Delivery times are based on business days (Mon-Fri except Holidays). Packages are sent via UPS. You will be able to choose Ground, 2nd Day, Overnight, or International Economy at checkout. All packages will be sent with signature confirmation. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by UPS.

- If Pockets Talked is committed to protecting your privacy. All personal information you provide during registration is used to process your orders or to contact you regarding a particular transaction. All information gathered securely through the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is treated seriously and with full respect to your privacy. If Pockets Talked guarantees the information you enter will not be disclosed to any outside organization or third party. We may use your contact information to contact you about new products, features or special promotions. If you do not wish to receive such communications, you may remove yourself from the mailing list by logging into your account and opting out of the mailing list. If Pockets Talked uses the latest version of SSL to keep our customers information safe. A SSL is a protocol that encrypts your information into codes so that your information is kept secure while being transmitted via the internet. Should you forget your password, we will email you a new temporary password. This is the best way to protect your information, as sending your existing password via email is not safe. Upon receiving your new temporary password, you may change it by going to my account.
- Returns & Replacements
- If Pockets Talked is a designer resale luxury e-commerce website. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will provide store credit on any item that is returned within 14 days of receipt. Inform us at sales@IfPocketsTalked.com within 48 hours of when you recieve your shipment to send the merchandise back, and we will issue you a return authorization number and keep an eye out for the package. After its contents have passed our inspection we will issue a gift certificate for the total amount of the returned item.
- To pass our inspection, returned items must arrive in the same condition in which they were sent. This includes no alterations, odors or any signs of wear. We photograph all of our clothing items before we mail them and examine returns closely. If we find an item has been visibly tampered with we will not and cannot issue store credit.
- Original shipping is non-refundable, and the cost of shipping returns is not covered by If Pockets Talked. All returns must be postmarked within 2 days of the original delivery date and shipped via traceable mail with a tracking number or delivery confirmation number. We reserve the right to deny the return for items received after this time period.
